Ideal tool for motion graphic and animations

Adobe After Effects is helping us to create animated video for our product portfolio to publish on client web sites. The customers are extremely satisfied with the quality of the projects, and we create 360/VR videos with virtual reality effects.

Pros

The most admirable feature provides by After Effects is animation create with data. A Jason file can be import to the application and then it can convert to motion graphic. It's no doubt that After Effect is the most standard animation tool suits for the business environment. It proves that ability with its comprehensive set of tools and features such as virtual reality composition editor. The virtual reality environment helps our business to excel in the retail competition.

Cons

Adobe After Effects is one software which needs heavy performance. The PC which runs the application needs high end graphic card and lots of memory. Even though it can run on normal PC, it tends to crash or slowdown the editing. The user needs skillful hands and creative mind to bring best out of the tool, and it has a lengthy learning curve.

A great animation platform with advanced tools and effects

There are many online courses you can take to get acquainted with Adobe After Effects and other similar software. I would highly recommend taking a course to get a hang of the basic features so that you can enter the creation process more smoothly and focus more on the actual content instead of the software.

Pros

On the surface, Adobe After Effects has simple tools that allow us to change basic settings for videos while also providing options for a vast array of advanced digital effects. The transitions and other text effects are much more dynamic than the default transitions and text effects in standard video editing software. We have much more control over the timeline and playback along with layers that help fill in select areas with alternate video content. I like that we can quickly switch out media assets using layered objects in the timeline.

Cons

Adobe After Effects is more complicated to use than a standard video editing application. The timeline isn't as intuitive to work with and for resizing video clips. It can often be confusing to keep track of all the media assets since they can be layered within a number of other objects. When I first started using animation templates, I would often overwrite the incorrect media assets or switch out animations that would cause errors in the parent animation.

After Effects is a robust motion graphics tool

After Effects solves a great number of problems for me, but the primary way I'm currently using it is as a compositing tool with Cinema 4D. The major benefit here is that After Effects has a built-in work pipeline that makes combining C4D with AE's compositing tools extremely easy and intuitive.

Pros

After Effects is one of those tools you can start using immediately but can take a lifetime to master. It has features that are available to a novice, but the professional user will also find a deep well of motion graphics and compositing tools to draw from in creating nearly any time of video.

Cons

I would really like more intuitive help with Expressions. After Effects has improved greatly over the years in this area, but it would be great if more inexperienced users could get immediate access to some level of common Expressions.
