Pros
Filemaker offers a simple and easy to use interface allowing us to quickly develop and deploy solutions over multiple platforms. Absolutely love the ability to get apps or updates out to our fleet of iPads is seconds. Filemaker server is also very simple to manage and maintain. Pretty much set it and forget it. The backups have never disappointed us. Upgrades are a breeze also.
Cons
Editing tools could use some improvement particularly in the area of scripting. iPad / Iphone orientation lock removed. Sometimes we want the screen to be locked to portrait or landscape.
