PowerPoint 2013 has a brand new look. It’s cleaner and primed for use on tablets, so you can swipe and tap your way through presentations.
Ready to create more striking presentations? Select a theme, add a design variant, align text and pictures, and more. Work on the same version with others at the same time, and present with more confidence and control.
Features
Presenter View allows you to see your notes on your monitor while the audience only sees the slide. It automatically adapts to your projection set-up, and you can even use it on a single monitor.
Themes now come with a set of variations, like different color palettes and font families. And, PowerPoint 2013 provides new widescreen themes along with standard sizes. Choose a theme and variant from the start screen or from the Design tab.
Now you’ve got several ways to share a PowerPoint presentation over the Web. You can send out a link to the slides, or start a full-on Lync meeting that displays the deck with audio and IM. Your audience can join you from anywhere, on any device using Lync or the Office Presentation Service
No more eyeballing objects on your slides to see if they’re lined up. Smart Guides automatically appear when your objects, such as pictures, shapes, and more, are close to even, and they also tell you when objects are spaced evenly.
PowerPoint now supports more multimedia formats, such as .mp4 and .mov with H.264 video and Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) audio, and more high-definition content. PowerPoint 2013 includes more built-in codecs so you don’t have to install them for certain file formats to work

PowerPoint is my first choice for presentations
I do recommend Microsoft PowerPoint to any individual who wants to present their products in an easy and at the same time sophisticated way. It is a perfect software for beginners. Microsoft PowerPoint is very useful in huge corporations because it’s interface is very easy to understand for many types of employees.
Pros
As a senior financial analysis manager at TBC Bank JSC, i like the simplicity of usage of Microsoft PowerPoint. At the same time the software is sophisticated. Me and my team are able to present our financial researches in many various ways. Microsoft PowerPoint is an excellent software for beginners. The financial templates are very useful.
Cons
Despite the simplicity of Microsoft PowerPoint, i would like to have more sophisticated interface.

Effective software to carry out any type of presentation
Fully recommended will meet all your needs in any labor field
Pros
Microsoft PowerPoint is the tool which is characterized by making all kinds of presentations and slides, I always use Microsoft PowerPoint since you can add hyperlinks so that you can share the other files, the animations presented by each of the slides play an important role since that this type of slide helps users to have a better concentration, allowing users to add all kinds of text and have access to various font styles, be able to insert images, add GIF, video and even have the possibility Adding audio makes this tool unquestionable for the use of any company, this software is widely equipped with a wide range of templates and designs which will play a very important role when making slides, also makes use of a Very friendly interface that adapts very quickly to any user who wants to use it, this is a program that is endowed with an incredible ability to integrate with other programs which will be a great advantage, one of its greatest advantages is to be able to create a master presentation and from these create different slides for different audiences.
Cons
I have to add something negative and it is that sometimes when playing a video it presents a series of failures which are that it lags or becomes very slow and the basic design template can be very boring for different users.

Very easy to use or useful for those people who live from meeting to meeting
I highly recommend it. Without much prior training I assure you that in a few days you will be handling this program very well. Not surprisingly, Powerpoint is one of the classics of Microsoft. The installation is simple and also if you have Outlook service you have at your disposal a version that comes with cloud included.
Pros
Powerpoint has been one of the most popular softwares for several years when it comes to designing presentation sheets. What I like most about this program is all the variety of templates it offers and that adapt to the style we want to develop in each presentation. In addition, it has several types of letters many of which are also available in Word so both programs have a slight similarity. On the other hand the laminate transitions are very varied and allow us to give dynamism to our presentation to always keep our audience expectant.
Cons
What I do not like about Powerpoint is that if I want to publish in the Facebook account of our company some of the presentations we design this is not possible because there are compatibility problems with the format with which Powerpoint .ppt works. Then we have to try to convert the presentation into an MP4 video which takes us a long time.
